Senior Legal Counsel - AI & Regulatory

This strategic role will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, including technology, risk, compliance and business leadership teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Advising on the legal and regulatory implications of AI and emerging technologies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Supporting the development and implementation of governance frameworks, policies and controls that facilitate innovation while maintaining appropriate regulatory oversight.
• Monitoring and interpreting legislative and regulatory developments, providing practical guidance to stakeholders on their impact.
• Contributing to the organisation's approach to responsible AI adoption, governance and risk management.
• Advising on interactions with regulators, including enquiries, reviews and other regulatory matters relating to AI and technology oversight.
• Collaborating with legal colleagues and business teams on contractual issues relating to AI solutions, technology services and third-party arrangements.
• Providing strategic guidance on legal risks associated with the deployment and use of AI technologies.
