Site Manager - 3 Weeks

Site Manager - Shrewsbury - 3 Weeks Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a nationwide, construction main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site manager with a background in groundworks, foundations and steel frame projects, for the next 3 weeks in Shrewsbury. The ideal candidate, will have experience working on medium-large construction projects with a strong understanding of groundworks, foundations and steel frame projects. Key Requirements: * Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets. * Desirable to have: In-date DBS Certificate. * Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects. * Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: * Overseeing day-to-day site operations. * Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme. * Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance. * Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates. * Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget. * Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
