About the role
Breedon Group plc is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for our Dunbeg/Oban site to manage day-to-day workshop activities, oversee maintenance, inspections and repairs to keep the fleet roadworthy and compliant.
You will lead workshop technicians, allocate workloads, ensure safety and DVSA compliance, and promote continuous improvement through coaching and effective planning. A recognised apprenticeship and HGV experience are essential.
