THE OPPORTUNITY

• Opportunities available for lawyers ranging from 1+ PQE through to Partner level.
• Advising corporates, investors, financial institutions, developers, funds and private clients on a broad range of tax matters.
• Supporting corporate transactions, restructurings, investments, real estate projects and financing arrangements.
• Working closely with colleagues across Corporate, Banking, Real Estate, Private Wealth and Funds teams.
• Providing advice on complex tax issues with both domestic and international elements.
• Assisting clients in navigating evolving legislation, regulation and market developments.
• Developing expertise across a diverse range of sectors, transactions and client types.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Qualified solicitor with experience in Corporate Tax, Real Estate Tax, Transactional Tax or a related tax practice area.
• Strong technical ability and a genuine interest in complex tax matters.
• Able to analyse detailed legislation and apply it to commercial situations.
• Confident working closely with clients and colleagues across multiple practice areas.
• Excellent drafting, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities within a busy and varied workload
• Interested in building specialist expertise within a highly regarded Tax practice.
• Looking to establish a successful long-term career within this evolving and intellectually stimulating area of law.
