We offer an exceptional financial package designed to reward your commitment:
Basic Starting Pay Rates:
Residential Child Care Worker: £13.00 to £13.50 per hour (£26,988 £28,026 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications).
Senior RCW: Rates starting higher based on leadership experience and professional qualifications held.
Sleep-In Allowance: Paid at £80.00 per sleep-in (averaging 2 sleep-ins per week, adding £8,320 £9,600 annually to your earnings).
Enhanced Overtime Rate: Any hours worked above 173 per month attract an additional £7.00 per hour on top of your standard hourly rate.
Bank Holidays: Paid at time-and-a-half.
