This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a practical mindset and strong mechanical aptitude. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine maintenance and mechanical repairs across the facility Perform regular inspections on machinery, equipment, and building infrastructure Support upkeep of production areas, including minor mechanical adjustments and repairs Assist with moving and installing equipment and materials Identify faults and escalate more complex mechanical issues to the relevant teams Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site standardsAbout You Mechanically minded with a hands-on approach Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment (preferred) Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team Willing to learn and develop technical skillsWhat We Offer Stable, full-time employment Friendly and supportive working environment On-the-job training Opportunities to develop skills and progress within the businessThis role would suit someone with a basic mechanical background who is looking to build a long-term career within a manufacturing environment
