With an international reputation built on discretion, exclusivity, and excellence, this is an outstanding opportunity to join the Maison's flagship boutique in the heart of Mayfair.
The Role As a Luxury Wrapper, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional luxury client experience, ensuring every purchase is beautifully presented to the Maison's exacting standards. Working closely with the Sales Associates, Cashiers, and wider boutique team, you will help create a seamless client journey while providing valuable operational support across the boutique.
This position is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail who enjoys working within a fast-paced luxury retail environment and takes pride in delivering impeccable presentation and service.
Key Responsibilities Expertly wrap and present all client purchases to the highest luxury standards, ensuring every package reflects the Maison's heritage and craftsmanship.
Create beautifully presented gift wrapping and packaging with meticulous attention to detail.
Work closely with Sales Associates and Cashiers to deliver a seamless client journey from purchase through to collection.
Maintain an organised, immaculate, and fully operational wrapping station at all times.
Proactively monitor and replenish wrapping materials and packaging supplies.
Support the sales floor by assisting with client flow and helping to maintain an efficient boutique environment during busy trading periods.
Deliver exceptional hospitality by warmly engaging with clients and offering refreshments where appropriate.
Build strong working relationships across the boutique, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication.
Provide operational support by assisting Host and Runner duties during breaks, holidays, or periods of increased business demand.
Continuously develop knowledge of the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship, collections, and luxury service standards.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, presentation, and client service at all times.
Skills & Experience Previous experience within luxury retail or a premium customer service environment.
Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering flawless presentation.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Professional, proactive, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues across the boutique.
