About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Newport. This role is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in delivering a wide range of HR services, supporting managers, and driving people-focused initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide expert HR advice and support.


• Lead on performance, salary, and team review processes.


• Support organisational change and employee engagement initiatives.


• Coach managers to develop their teams and enhance leadership capability.
