Job Title: Community Engagement & CSR Executive Location: UK (Field & Office Based) Salary: £33,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week About Apollogrid Apollogrid is a fast-growing renewable energy company specialising in high-quality Solar PV and Battery Storage installations for domestic homes. We are looking for a proactive and personable Community Engagement & CSR Executive to join our Marketing & Brand team. This is an exciting role focused on building strong local relationships and raising our brand profile within the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities: * Engage and build strong relationships with local communities, residents, councils, businesses, and community organisations * Act as the key point of contact between Apollogrid and local stakeholders * Plan, organise, and coordinate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities and community outreach programmes * Manage local roadshows, exhibitions, promotional events, and community campaigns * Attend community events and represent the company in a professional and engaging manner * Support local brand awareness initiatives and promote our renewable energy solutions * Create and coordinate community-focused social media content Requirements: * Previous experience in community engagement, CSR, marketing, events, or stakeholder relations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organisational and project management abilities * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects * Experience with social media platforms and content coordination * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and design tools (e.g. Canva) * Professional attitude with strong attention to detail * Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability is highly advantageous * Full UK Driving Licence (essential) What We Offer: * Competitive salary £33,000 – £40,000 per annum * Company Car + Fuel Card * 30 days annual holiday (including bank holidays) * 37.5-hour working week * Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding renewable energy startup How to Apply If you are passionate about community engagement and want to make a positive impact in the renewable energy sector, please click Apply Now and submit your CV.
