We've been engaged by a leading global waste management organisation to recruit a Health, Safety and Environment Advisor. The role is focused on supporting a positive health and safety culture and improving health and safety performance across the company. Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will include: Supporting the ongoing review and improvement of health, safety and environmental management systems in line with company policy Assisting with audits, inspections and investigations, identifying opportunities for improvement Supporting the implementation of health, safety and environmental initiatives and company-wide campaigns Regularly visiting sites, monitoring health, safety and environmental performance and promoting best practiceThe successful Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will have: Experience in a similar health, safety and environment role within waste, heavy industrial or a related industry NEBOSH certificate or equivalent and ideally membership of a relevant professional body such as IOSH The ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation A willingness to develop their career within a challenging operational environmentThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a global leader in their field.
