If you're a Multi Skilled Engineer who enjoys getting stuck into faults, improving equipment reliability and being the person people call when things need fixing, this could be the role for you. We're looking for an experienced engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Milton Keynes, working a 3 on 3 off night shift pattern (5pm-5am). This is a role where you'll have the chance to use your skills properly. You'll be working across a range of equipment, solving problems, carrying out improvements and helping keep production running at its best. Why consider this role? £50,000 salary 3 on 3 off nights giving you a great work-life balance A varied engineering role covering both mechanical and electrical maintenance Opportunity to work on improving reliability, not just firefighting breakdowns A supportive engineering team where your experience matters Relocation package available if required The Role You'll be responsible for: Fault finding and repairing mechanical and electrical breakdowns Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) Carrying out repairs safely and efficiently to a high engineering standard Identifying recurring faults and helping drive improvements Keeping maintenance records updated through the CMM system Supporting production teams to minimise downtime Maintaining strong health and safety standards across the site What we're looking for You'll be an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with: Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Relevant engineering qualifications A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving The ability to work well independently and as part of an engineering teamFood/FMCG experience would be beneficial, but it's not essential. The right engineering mindset matters more.
