No problem – full training provided Bonus points for sales or customer service experience, but not essential Earnings clarity You will start on hourly pay. After completing your probation period (around 12 weeks), you will move to Payment by Results (PBR), where earnings are based on completed interviews, plus bonuses and incentives.
