The Role This is a key position within the organisation, providing strategic financial insight and support to senior stakeholders and operational leaders. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring robust financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities * Partner with operational and senior leaders to support financial planning and decision-making * Lead on budget setting, forecasting, and financial reporting across assigned areas * Provide clear, insightful management information and analysis to non-finance stakeholders * Support the development and delivery of the organisation’s financial strategy * Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities proactively * Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and governance requirements * Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems About You * Fully or part-qualified accountant (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience * Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or similar role * Strong ability to communicate financial information to non-financial audiences * Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach * Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills What’s on Offer * Opportunity to make a meaningful organisational impact * A collaborative and supportive working environment * Flexible and hybrid working arrangements * Competitive salary and benefits package * Ongoing professional development opportunities
