Earthworks Agent

We are seeking an experienced PTS Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering rail infrastructure works. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a complex project involving significant earthworks, geotechnical and civil engineering activities. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple work fronts. Lead and coordinate earthworks and civil engineering activities. Oversee vegetation clearance, excavation and bulk earthworks operations. Manage soil nailing and slope stabilisation works. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, plant and labour resources. Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, project specifications and quality requirements. Produce and review RAMS, permits and site documentation. Support commercial and programme objectives while maintaining high safety standards. Requirements Previous experience as a PTS Agent, Site Agent or Sub Agent on rail infrastructure projects. Strong background in earthworks, vegetation clearance, geotechnical works and soil nailing. Valid PTS certification. Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams. Good understanding of health, safety and environmental requirements within a rail environment.
