Fabricator Welder

Fabricator Welder Pertemps Stoke are looking to recruit a skilled Fabricator Welder with ASME IX coding and extensive experience in the petrochemical industry. The successful candidate will join our client’s team, working on high-specification fabrication and welding projects. Responsibilities of the Fabricator Welder role: Carry out precision welding and fabrication to ASME IX standards. Experience working to WPS’ Work with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and exotic alloys. Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and welding procedures. Liaise with engineers, inspectors, and project teams to meet tight deadlines. Conduct inspections and repairs on pressure vessels, pipework, and structural components.Requirements and skills required for this Fabricator Welder role: ASME IX Coded Welder certification (TIG/MIG/MMA). Proven experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors is desirable. Strong fabrication skills, including cutting, bending, and assembling components. Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of welding procedures, NDT techniques, and industry regulations.Details of this Fabricator Welder role: Hourly rate: £16ph Hours of work – Monday to Friday, Day Shift Location: Stoke-on-Trent Training and certification support.
