Role Details: Location - Cheltenham Salary: £90 - £105 per day (DOE) Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm) Start: ASAP Contract: Term Time onlyWhy Join This School? Help with creating a safe and encouraging environment to help the learners you are supporting thrive. Assisting with learning and specific interventions to support progress. Monitoring achievements and helping students reach their full potential. Ensuring safeguarding policies are followed at all times. Mentor learners so that they are able to express themselves in a safe and controlled way.Key Qualities Academics Ltd is seeking: A caring, patient, and adaptable approach. A genuine passion for helping children with SEN succeed. Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential. A willingness to learn and take on training opportunities.
