You’ll work across a broad and high-quality commercial property caseload — acquisitions and disposals, site assembly and development, securitisation, and retail, office, industrial, hospitality and leisure lettings. You’ll advise on landlord & tenant matters, planning and environment, and property finance for clients across Northern Ireland, Ireland and the UK, working alongside a well-established partner-led team.What we’re looking for:

• 8-10+ years PQE in commercial property
• NI qualified solicitor (or equivalent, with ability to practise in Northern Ireland)
• Strong track record advising on acquisitions, disposals and development work
• Confidence managing files independently and mentoring junior team members
• An existing client following is an advantage for candidates seeking partner-level entry
