About the role
A client I am currently working with is looking for a contractor to join their busy HMO licensing and compliance team in the East Midlands.
The Role:
* HMO inspections and licensing compliance checks
* HHSRS assessments
* Strong knowledge of the Housing Act 2004 Part 1 and 2
* Identifying hazards and breaches
* Working with landlords to achieve compliance
* Initial inspection report writing
Requirements:
* Strong HMO and Private Sector Housing experience
* Practical HHSRS knowledge
* Ability to work independently
* Housing or Environmental Health qualification desirable
(EHRB registration not required)
Working Arrangements:
* 15-21 Hours per week
* Minimum 1-2 day on-site for inspections depending on agreed working hours.
* Hybrid working available
