ServiceNow SME Inside of IR35
12 month contract with extensions
Hybrid working, 2-3 days per week on site with WFH
SC Clearance required
As a Senior ServiceNow Engineer, you will provide specialist technical expertise to design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow capabilities across the organisation. You will be engaged to deliver clearly defined outcomes, improve platform maturity, and support critical initiatives within agreed timescales.
You will operate as a subject-matter expert, working with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to implement robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned to industry best practice.
Required Skills & Experience
~5+ years’ hands-on ServiceNow delivery experience, particularly across CSM and ITIL workflows.
~ Strong practical experience with:
~ ServiceNow CSM
~ ITSM / ITIL
~ ITOM (beneficial)
~ CSDM
~ Experience delivering ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs.
~ Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practice.
Working knowledge of:
JavaScript
ServiceNow scripting
Web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX)
Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – essential
Additional ServiceNow certifications – desirable
