Student Welfare Officer Location: East Sussex Start: September 2026 or sooner Contract: Full time, permanent Salary: Competitive depending on experience Ethos Education is recruiting a Student Welfare Officer for a secondary school in East Sussex. This is a full time role supporting students with attendance, wellbeing, safeguarding and day to day pastoral support. The school has a strong focus on inclusion, consistency and student support. This role would suit someone with experience in pastoral care, youth work, behaviour support or safeguarding within an educational setting.
