What We Offer * Night shift enhancement available. * Overtime paid at time and a half (£18.81 per hour). * Double time (£25.92 per hour) for Sunday and Bank Holiday working. * Premium overtime rates for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. * 25 days’ annual leave pro rata, increasing with service. * Uniform provided. The Role * Reporting to the Head of Security & Loss Prevention. * Support security, loss prevention and HSE service provision across the Alloga UK campus. * Maintain effective general and site-specific security measures. * Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and standards. * Report all accidents and near misses immediately. Key Responsibilities * Operate within a static gatehouse environment, including access control, booking deliveries and collections, traffic marshalling, logging information, temperature monitoring, incident control, and enforcing HSE/PPE compliance. * Maintain physical site security through internal and external patrols, CCTV monitoring, and alarm and fire system oversight. * Facilitate out-of-hours access for warehouse areas, including CD vault support for Duty Manager tasks. * Assist with loss prevention activities including staff and vehicle searches, targeted surveillance, and report writing. * Investigate and report on breaches and incidents including trespass, vandalism, assault, theft and alarm activations. * Maintain working knowledge of CCTV, intruder alarms, fire alarms and temperature-controlled systems. * Provide cover across days, nights, weekends, Bank Holidays and site lockdowns. * Maintain confidentiality and support additional duties as required by management.
