HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (HR) UK Based
Location: Thames Valley
Package: £50 – 80k base
General Role Summary
* The primary focus of the EMEA HR Business Partner is to partner with leadership as they set the business agenda, define the business objectives, translate the business needs into HR requirements and pro-actively bring the business and people agendas together.
* Working effectively in a complex, matrix, sales driven, ever changing environment is key.
* The EMEA HR Business Partner will report to the EMEA HR Director
Principle Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with the business on issues such as the talent, leadership and employee development, organisational design, culture change, employee relations, special programs and change management initiatives
* Monitor performance with business client management
* Work closely with Senior Management and HRBP community to understand local operational issues and objectives to be able to influence and align the objectives as appropriate.
Experiences/ Education
* Experienced - in Business Human Resources experience with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a sales led organisation
* Demonstrated experience in consulting with Business Leaders and Managers as well as influencing others to achieve exceptional performance & results.
* Knowledge and understanding of the IT business environment
* Functional horizontal expertise : Sales Compensation, Sr. Level Talent acquisition, Sr. Leadership Team building, employee relations/ labour law
* Strong Organisational Development knowledge and experience
* Additional Language skills an advantage (Spanish/German/ French)
* Guide and advise managers and employees on employee-related issues, including manager/employee issues, policies & procedures, misconduct, investigations, terminations, etc.
* Develop and work on special and cross-functional projects on an enterprise wide basis
* Provides change management counsel and support
* Work with our external providers for benefits, health & safety and others
What Will You Bring To Our Client
* Min 5 years of related HR Generalist work experience
* Experience in IT – esp Software.
* Must be a “doer” a can do attitude.
* This is a combination of a strategic and tactical position. You must be able to execute to your plan, meet deadlines and make a positive impact within your business group
