About the role
QLM Search is partnering with a major international food group entering a transformational phase of growth as it establishes its new European headquarters in England.
As part of this strategic investment, the business is seeking an outstanding Sales Director to play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future commercial organisation, driving growth across key retail customers and helping build the company’s long-term European platform.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly into the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead a significant customer and commercial agenda with responsibility for strategic retail partnerships, revenue growth, commercial capability and organisational development.
Importantly, this role offers the opportunity to help shape the future European commercial structure as the business transitions its regional headquarters into England.
The successful candidate will play a central role in:
- Building and executing customer growth strategy
- Leading strategic UK retail customer relationships
- Driving profitable growth across core food categories
- Developing high-performing commercial teams
- Supporting organisational transformation and HQ transition
- Influencing wider business strategy alongside international leadership
