DescriptionA leading global investment management firm is seeking an Institutional Client Services Associate to join its collaborative institutional team. Based in London, the role will support institutional clients and investment consultants across the UK and EMEA, with broader exposure to global relationships.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced client services professional to gain broad exposure across institutional client servicing, business development and distribution.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a key contact for institutional clients and consultants, delivering a high-quality, responsive client experience.Support institutional business development activities, including client meetings, presentations, events and follow-up.Support investment management agreement processes and client onboarding.Maintain client and prospect data and support wider distribution and market outreach initiatives.Partner across Sales, Marketing, Investments, Operations, Legal and Compliance to resolve client requirements and deliver new business opportunities.Candidate Profile4+ years’ experience in institutional client services, consultant relations or a related role within investment management.Strong understanding of institutional asset management and financial markets.Experience with CRM/distribution technology; Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple internal teams.Excellent insight across investment, sales, marketing and client servicing functions.A varied role with significant responsibility and opportunities for career development.If you are an experienced institutional client services professional looking for a broad and commercially focused role within investment management, we would welcome your application.Mason Blake is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications regardless of sex, marital status, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, religious belief or age.
