The Role

You will manage a busy and varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The position allows for direct client engagement and provides scope for involvement in business development initiatives. Hybrid working arrangements and a modern, flexible approach are key features of the role.

What They’re Looking For

• 2-3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge and communication skills
• Experience in high-quality transactions; new build experience advantageous
• Enthusiasm, proactivity, and excellent organisational skills
• Interest in business development and building client relationships
