Senior Mechanical Engineer – Leeds 🚨 Key Talent Solutions is working closely with a leading property consultancy client that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer. 📍 Leeds 💷 Salary up to £50,000 🏡 Hybrid and flexible working 📅 Permanent, full-time position You will be responsible for the design and management of mechanical building services across a varied portfolio of construction, refurbishment and alteration projects. The ideal candidate will have: ✅ A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering ✅ Mechanical building services design experience ✅ Experience managing projects from inception through to final account ✅ Previous supervisory or management experience ✅ CIBSE membership, Chartered status or a willingness to work towards it ✅ Experience producing specifications, tender documentation and budget estimates ✅ A full UK driving licence Benefits include 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, funded professional fees, pension, hybrid working and ongoing professional development
