£36,000 - £40,000 DOE + Share of Tronc 1 Bedroom Manager Flat available We are recruiting an Assistant / Deputy Manager for a beautifully located village pub set along the river and at the heart of the local community.
This is a hands-on role supporting the General Manager in running a welcoming, quality-driven pub with a strong food and drink offering.
The Role:
Support the day-to-day running of the pub across floor and back office
Lead from the front during service, ensuring high standards throughout
Help drive a positive, motivated team culture
Build relationships with regulars and the wider local community
Assist with staff training, rota management, and stock control
The Ideal Candidate:
Current Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager or strong Supervisor ready to step up
Experience in quality pubs, restaurants, or hospitality venues
Passionate about service, people, and creating xwzovoh a great guest experience
Hands-on, organised, and confident leading shifts
