Exhibition Stand Foreman / Team Leader Location: Northampton Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm Salary: £18.00 £20.00 per hour (depending on experience) Join a Growing Team Quest Employment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business for an experienced Exhibition Stand Foreman / Team Leader . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong exhibition manufacturing background who enjoys leading a team, delivering bespoke projects to a high standard, and overseeing work from production through to on-site installation. The Role As the Exhibition Stand Foreman / Team Leader, you will take responsibility for managing the manufacture and installation of bespoke exhibition stands, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage exhibition stand projects from final design through to manufacture and installation. Lead, motivate and support a team of workshop operatives. Plan workloads and allocate resources to meet project deadlines. Manufacture high-quality bespoke exhibition stands. Supervise stand installations at customer sites across the UK. Carry out quality inspections throughout the production process. Ensure excellent housekeeping and compliance with Health & Safety procedures. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery. Resolve production issues and maintain high standards of workmanship. About You We're looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and passionate about delivering exceptional work. Essential Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience manufacturing and installing bespoke exhibition stands. Excellent carpentry and woodworking skills. Previous experience leading or supervising a workshop team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Full UK driving licence. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Reliable, organised and proactive approach to work. Desirable Forklift licence. What's in it for You?
