Warehouse Team Leader (Late Shift) Southam (Apply online only) Mon-Fri (42.5 hours per week) £37K + Benefits + Overtime Permanent from Day One We need a hands-on, experienced warehouse team leader with a valid, accredited counterbalance FLT certificate for a busy distribution centre in Southam. This is not an operations manager role. You will be: Running and managing a small team Managing performance and working to KPIs Ensuring trucks are loaded, picked and orders processed correctly Getting involved in day to day warehouse duties yourself The warehouse is clean, warm and dry and the environment is very process driven.
