The CSR Group are working with a leading Developer who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major residential development in North Dublin, comprising approximately 300 units across a mix of houses and apartments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion Manage programme, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements Drive project performance, reporting, and risk management Requirements: Proven track record managing large-scale residential projects Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Excellent commercial and contractual awareness Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Experience within the Irish construction market preferred Whats on Offer: Competitive salary (€100k€120k DOE) Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to lead a high-profile residential development Skills: Project management Construction Housing
