Assistant Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishments

Location: Bradford

We’re currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a busy construction contractor on a social housing refurbishment project in Bradford.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous site management or supervisory experience within social housing, refurbishment or planned maintenance projects.

The Role:

Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project.

*

Supervising subcontractors and site operatives.

*

Monitoring health & safety and maintaining site standards.

*

Helping ensure works are completed on time and to the required quality.

*

Carrying out site inspections and keeping accurate site records.

*

Liaising with residents, subcontractors and the wider project team.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor.

*

Experience within social housing refurbishment or planned maintenance.

*

Good knowledge of health & safety and site procedures.

*

Strong communication and organisational skills.

*

Full UK driving licence and own transport essential
