Inbound Customer Service Advisor Location: Arbroath Pay: £12.71 per hour Contract: Temporary Assignment - Initially 1 Month with Potential Extension Start Date: ASAP Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are currently recruiting Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and supportive team based in Arbroath. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving queries, and working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times Updating customer records and systems accurately Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer outcomesWorking Hours Working 5 days out of 7, including every second weekend Shifts operating between 7:00am and 10:00pm Candidates must be fully flexible and available to work across these hoursWhat We are Looking For Previous customer service experience is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Good IT and administration skills A positive and professional approach to customer interactions Flexibility to work a varied shift patternIf you are interested apply today as starts are immediate.
