Client Relationship & Business Development Executive

We're looking for a highly organised, commercially-minded individual who enjoys building client relationships, attending events, and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience working with Royal Warrant holders and/or livery companies would be highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

Advising clients on ceremonial uniform and attire requirements

Managing customer enquiries and sales support activities

Taking client measurements and coordinating fittings

Supporting UK and international events and business trips

Identifying new business opportunities

Liaising with suppliers and internal teams

Assisting with stock management, invoicing and account administration

Ideal candidates will have experience in account management, customer relationship management, sales support, luxury retail, events, tailoring, formalwear, or business development.
