Senior Director, Financial Reporting & Controls

Ageas UK is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting and Controls to lead financial reporting, governance and controls across Ageas, esure and Saga. You will work with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team to shape strategy and drive long‑term success. The role requires significant post‑qualification experience in insurance or a large corporate setting, with deep IFRS and Solvency II knowledge and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and regulatory interactions.
