Recruitment Business Development Manager – Bicester 26-30k pro rata - Part time - work from home Equation Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our team in Bicester on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and making a real impact without the commitment of a full-time role. The Role As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients and helping to grow Equation Recruitment’s presence across the local and wider business community. Leads will be provided. You’ll be confident picking up the phone, networking, attending meetings and opening doors with potential clients. Recruitment experience would be advantageous, but we’re equally interested in people with a strong sales and business development or B2B background. What we’re looking for * Proven experience in business development, sales or account management * A confident, personable and proactive approach * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * The ability to identify opportunities and turn conversations into business * Someone who is motivated by results but understands the importance of long-term relationships * Recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential * A self-starter who can work independently and make the role their own Part-Time & Flexible We’re open to discussing the hours and working pattern with the right person.
