The Role

As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all operational and business activities across our Sheffield Power facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially successful project delivery. xwzovoh

• Operational leadership and business performance
• Commercial management and cost control
• Project and technical delivery oversight
• Health, Safety, Quality and Compliance
• Team leadership, development and workforce planning

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded leader with:

• Strong operational management experience within power, energy, electrical services, or similar sectors
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering business results
• Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
