HR Administrator (temporary)

Temporary HR Administrator / Administrator 3-Month (possibility of permanent contract but not confirmed) Hexham Are you looking for a varied role where you can make an immediate impact? My client is looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator or experienced Administrator to join our Business Services team on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day HR administration with the opportunity to review and improve HR systems, processes and documentation. Key Responsibilities * Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records * Supporting onboarding, contracts and employee documentation * Coordinating training, probation reviews and employee lifecycle activities * Producing HR reports and management information * Providing general HR and office administration support * Auditing employee data across HR systems * Identifying and supporting process and system improvements * Assisting with HR system administration and development * Supporting payroll administration where required About You You'll be: * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail * Experienced in HR administration or a general administrative role * Confident using business systems and Microsoft Office * Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently * Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information * A proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills If you're an experienced HR Administrator, or a capable Administrator looking to further develop your experience, we'd love to hear from you
