We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Production / Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business within a highly regulated, precision-driven production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, follows structured processes, and takes pride in producing high-quality output at scale.

The Role

You will be responsible for operating production machinery and supporting the manufacturing process from raw materials through to finished product. The role requires a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to strict quality standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Operating and monitoring production machinery in line with set procedures
Measuring, weighing, and handling raw materials accurately
Ensuring production runs are completed efficiently and to specification
Carrying out quality checks throughout the process
Completing production records and basic documentation accurately
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
Following all health & safety and compliance procedures
Working both independently and as part of a wider production team

About You

Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or machine operation environment
Comfortable working to structured processes and high attention to detail
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work on your own initiative
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Basic IT skills for record keeping and system input
A practical mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
