Apply Today. Please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not offered for this rolePosition overview:To meet production targets, by managing the production equipment, adhering to H&S requirements, meeting PM compliance, improving and securing line efficiency, fault finding and responsible for monthly and weekly maintenance tasks.This role involves shift work, 12-hour shifts, involving days, nights and weekend working.Key responsibilities included:Health and safety checks, work in a safe manor following the company guide linesCompletion of daily and monthly PM’sReact to break downsProblem solving and identifying faultsWork within a team, building and sharing knowledge, lead and help the mechanics when neededPriorities work to maximise outputCommunicate with your Team Leader, and communicate good and effective hand oversEnsure all Quality checks and start up sheets are completeWhat are we looking for? Engineering qualificationSalary – starting at 53,265.16Flexibility and team playerTime served in a similar environment (production, manufacturing, FMCG)Able to understand and interpret dataEngineering line work experience            Fabrication and welding skillsGood English and MathsLean manufacturing experience would be desirable#LI-IS1#LI-OnsiteBall Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
