About the role
Join our dynamic Design and Construction team as a Senior Construction Manager where you will lead complex infrastructure projects from initial concept through final delivery. In this comprehensive role, you will oversee both pre-construction activities and construction execution for delivery stations and fulfillment centers across EMEA. This position combines solution design, permitting strategy, and construction delivery, requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution. Working with diverse teams across multiple locations, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning through successful completion.

Establish and maintain strategic relationships with authorities, contractors, and key stakeholders

- Experience managing large-scale projects from end to end
- Experience in stakeholder and communication management
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction management
- Proficient user in English (C1) and local language
- Experience with capital planning and multi-geographical construction delivery
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and lean construction methodologies
- Experience in managing cool chains, refrigeration equipment and installations, temperature-controlled environments are considered a strong plus
- French, German, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering or equivalent field- Experience managing large-scale projects from end to end
- Experience in stakeholder and communication management
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction management
- Proficient user in English (C1) and local language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional certifications (PE, AIA, MRICS, or equivalent)- Experience with capital planning and multi-geographical construction delivery
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and lean construction methodologies
- Experience in managing cool chains, refrigeration equipment and installations, temperature-controlled environments are considered a strong plus
