This is a standout opportunity to join a growing specialist team advising high-profile landowners, estates and rural businesses.The RoleThis is a senior position offering high-quality, varied work and real autonomy.You will:Manage your own caseload of rural property and agricultural mattersAdvise estates, farmers, institutional landowners and rural businessesWork across:Agricultural tenancies and estate managementRural land sales, acquisitions and developmentRenewable energy and diversification projectsStrategic land transactions (options, promotion agreements, overage)Support on complex transactions alongside senior lawyersSupervise junior team membersPlay an active role in business development and sector networkingCandidate RequirementsYou will:Be a qualified solicitor with strong real estate experience (rural exposure helpful but not essential)Have solid technical ability across property transactionsBe confident managing your own matters and advising clients directlyDemonstrate strong drafting and commercial awarenessBe interested in the rural sector and its evolving landscapeHave the ability or desire to mentor junior lawyersBe proactive, personable and commercially mindedWhy Join?You'll be joining a well-regarded national firm with a strong presence in the rural sector and consistent Legal 500 and Chambers recognition.
