A great opportunity for a Hospitality and Fine Dining Head Chef to join a leading Contract Caterer in the heart of the City, The starting salary is £50,000 - £53,000 for 40 hours and some evening events will be required which are paid at overtime rates.


The Head Chef be working in the Hospitality and Fine Dining kitchen and previous contract catering experience is preferred, there is a separate retail kitchen and this role is based purely in hospitality and Fine Dining


This role would suit an experienced Hospitality Head Chef or an ambitious and creative Sous Chef looking or their first Head Chef role within a corporate environment. Working in a team of 5 and under an Exec Chef you will prepare and deliver client breakfast, A la Carte Lunch / Dinner service as well as buffets and canapes and working lunches. Also formal Fine Dining so you will need to have cooked to a high level, ideally Rosette or Michelin Level
