If you are located in the Krakw and Rzeszw areas, you will need to work in-office at least 1 day per week./em/pp/ppIn this role, you are responsible for day-to-day management of a travel consultant team, including managing key performance indicators (KPI), workload, providing support and coaching.You are the primary point of contact for the team members and actively coach and develop the team to meet and exceed all performance targets./pp/ppstrongAs a Supervisor Operations, you will/strong/pul no-style=list-style-type:discliMeet and exceed all performance targets and give feedback to the operations manager support, assist and coach travel agents to maximize efficiency and productivity/liliWorks with performance data to maximum the effectiveness and efficiency of the team/liliTake proactive actions to improve internal and external customer satisfactionHandle client reservations/liliControl and manage customer complaints and general queries/liliControl the workload of your team/liliMotivate and develop responsibility of team members by constant involvement, coaching and clear appraisalActively participate in the main HR processes: planning, evaluation, coaching and appraisal/liliAssists in the hiring and onboarding of new employees/liliExpertly uses the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to provide coaching and support to the Travel Consultant team/liliStrong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer/liliMaintains knowledge of necessary regulationsSupports BCD Travel and client driven initiatives/liliAnticipates and helps on potential challenges that may arise for the consultant/liliReviews global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily to maintain quality control/li/ulp/ppstrongAbout you/strong/pul no-style=list-style-type:discliCorporate travel management industry work experience/liliSolid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes/liliAdvanced skills on GDS Sabre/liliPeople management experience will be an advantage/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills in English/liliAbility to handle multiple priorities simultaneously/liliAble to work flexible hours, independently, exercising discretion and judgment/liliDemonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills/liliStrong problem solving and/or critical thinking skills/li/ul/div/divp/pp/ppspan no-style=font-size:14.0ptstrongspan no-style=font-family:#39;trebuchet ms#39;, geneva, sans-serifWhat we offer you/span/strong/span/ppspan no-style=font-family:#39;trebuchet ms#39;, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0ptAt BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
