Temporary Management Accountant

Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for a role where you can make an immediate impact? We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Management Accountant to join a growing business on a temporary basis. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with senior management team, getting into the detail and helping to improve the way finance supports the wider business. Main Duties: * Producing accurate management information and financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders * Supporting the preparation of budgets and financial plans alongside the Leadership Team * Helping to develop and maintain an effective forecasting process * Managing the finance timetable and ensuring key reporting deadlines are met * Creating clear, meaningful financial reports that give the business useful insight * Working with non-finance stakeholders to help them understand financial performance, budgets and variances * Monitoring actual expenditure against budgets and supporting income planning * Managing supplier and contractor queries, invoices and purchasing activity * Reconciling financial information across different systems and platforms * Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiencies * Providing wider support to the finance function as required We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and quickly become a valued member of the team.
