Working closely with both Technical and Commercial teams, you will provide expert guidance, optimize poultry performance, strengthen customer partnerships, and position AB Agri as the trusted advisor of choice in feed and nutrition across the industry.What you'll be doing:Develop and optimize nutrition programs for commercial poultry (broilers, layers, breeders, and ducks) to maximize performance and profitability.Provide science-based technical consultancy and nutritional solutions to customers at both feed mill and farm levels.Review feed formulations, production data, and customer requirements, delivering practical recommendations for continuous improvement.Conduct farm audits and performance assessments to identify challenges and implement effective nutritional and management solutions.Lead technical training, customer presentations, and industry engagements while sharing the latest poultry nutrition research and market insights.What you'll bring:University degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition or Veterinary Medicine7- 8 years’ experience in feed mill or within large scale poultry production with hands on nutrition / formulation responsibilities 3 - 5 years’ experience as a technical consultant or nutritional advisorTo be able to speak English well; ideal if the candidate is fluent in VietnameseHaving knowledge with regards to farm management and husbandryHaving knowledge of Format and / or BestMix formulation systemHaving knowledge in Food Safety Management Systems ISO 22000:2018 & HACCPDoctorate relating to a relevant nutritional or managemental field (in poultry)Where growth meets purposeWhat sets us apart is how we delight our customers - and that’s because of great people like you.  People with different life experiences who share common values.  Together, we’re shaping a world where responsible nutrition is accessible to all. With a big goal comes equally big opportunities to make a career that truly feels like your own.
