Lead Catering Excellence at a Large-Scale Operation
We are looking for an experienced and driven General Catering Manager to join our team in Minworth , overseeing catering operations within a large and fast-paced organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead from the front, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional food and service standards.

What You'll Be Doing Managing the day-to-day catering operation across a busy site
Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing catering team
Ensuring outstanding food quality, presentation, and customer service
Managing budgets, labour costs, and financial performance
Maintaining compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards
Building strong client relationships and delivering service excellence
Driving innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement across the operation
What We're Looking For Proven experience in a senior catering or hospitality management role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience managing large-scale catering operations
Financially astute with budget management experience
Passion for food, service, and operational excellence
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation
