Airfield Operations and Compliance Coordinator

We are looking for an Airfield Operations and Compliance Coordinator (AOCC) to support the safe, secure and efficient operation of St Athan Aerodrome. Reporting to the Deputy Airfield Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining airside safety standards, regulatory compliance and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and administer airside safety reports, incidents and near misses.
• Support airside risk assessments, safety procedures and compliance activities.
• Deliver Airside Driver, Airside Awareness and Radiotelephony training.
• Conduct inspections, audits, ramp walks and safety observations.
• Administer airside permits, passes and driver authorisations.
• Monitor and track corrective actions arising from audits and safety reports.
• Support emergency planning and response activities.
• Liaise with stakeholders, contractors and regulatory bodies to maintain safe airside operations.
