Alexander Lyons Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a growing, multi-office firm in the South East.

The role

You'll be the face of the firm - the first person clients and visitors meet, and the one who makes sure everything behind the front desk runs smoothly. This is more than reception: it's a client experience role in a professional, regulated environment where first impressions matter.

Based at the firm's Ebbsfleet office.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming clients and visitors — refreshments, notifying the right people, a seamless experience from the moment they arrive
• Managing incoming calls, emails, mail and deliveries, and directing enquiries efficiently
• Keeping meeting rooms, reception and shared spaces booked, presentable and ready
• Handling mail and legal documents in line with GDPR and legal-sector regulations (SRA/CLC)
• Supporting the wider team with admin — filing, printing, scanning, event coordination
• Spotting ways to improve xwzovoh processes and make the office run better

• Strong organisation — comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Discretion and confidentiality (you'll handle sensitive legal documents)
