Welder/Fabricator

Start People are working closing with a established manufacturing company in Stokesly who are looking for time served reliable welders Any transferrable skills are considered - great opportunity to work with a business which works towrads and cares about your progression Duties * Mainly MIG welding - Level 2 upwards - ideally time served * Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts accurately. * Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. * Measure materials using basic math skills to ensure correct dimensions and tolerances. * Assemble fabricated components into finished products or subassemblies with attention to detail. * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot fabrication issues and improve processes. Requirements * Proven experience in MIG welding, and a welding factory environment * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. * Familiarity with sheet metal work and the use of fabrication machinery. * Knowledge of safety practices related to welding and metal fabrication environments. * Good, reliable, hardworking attitude - physical fitness is required
