Temporary Team Assistant, Investment Firm - 12 Months - £23 An Hour

An exceptional Team Assistant opportunity has arisen for you to join a globally respected investment leader with a major presence in London. A firm that truly speaks volumes and shapes the industry's top assistants.

As an Assistant, you'll step into a vibrant, fast-paced and collaborative international division where ambition and professional growth are part of everyday life.

You'll sit at the centre of this fast-moving team, supporting Associates, Managing Directors, Senior VPs and a wider team with complex diary management, cross-timezone meetings, international travel and acting as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders across Europe, Asia and America.

The team values hard work, professionalism and partnership. They're looking for someone who is highly organised, client-facing in their communication and adaptable.

You must be a Team Assistant/Executive Assistant (minimum of 3 years) who has worked in a fast-paced environment. A background in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consultancy or professional services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating complex internal and external meetings for a fast-paced team
• Arranging international travel and managing expenses
• Liaising with senior leaders and key stakeholders
• Supporting admin tasks, ad-hoc projects and wider team events

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' Assistant experience, ideally within investment or professional services
• Excellent communication, strong organisation and exceptional attention to detail

This is a 12 month, full-time, office-based role (5 days a week) with the potential to extend or become permanent based on performance and business needs.

£23 inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay
